The Leona and Diana thing has been quite old. I spoke to a Rioter around 2014 - where their lore made had them be enemies - and he confirmed that in their canon, they used to be a couple, but, well, when Diana assassinated some Solari, Leona took it very poorly.

The spirit blossom skinline is cannon in the main universe, the characters we know are essentially in game representations of the spirits of ionia. For example the skin we know as Spirit blossom Thresh is actually an Ionian spirit known as “The Collector” (or something along those lines), so anything happening in the Spirit blossom events is cannon for the spirits the champs represent but not for the champions they use to sell as skins lol

Every time I think about Swain and Leblanc getting it on, considering the lore after his rework, all I can picture is the sex scene from 300: Rise of an Empire. Dude meets with the enemy commander, she seduces him to try and get him to surrender, they have sex, and when they're done she's like "so, are you ready to surrender?" and the dude's just like "Nah." Braum scored with MF also, yet everything and everyone on Ruined King game only had flirty dialogues but nothing physical. At the end all 6 took different paths. I wouldn't say they fall in love, but there is an interest. (for example, Yasuo feels atraction, yet he is interested on meeting riven again, reason why he left to noxus alone) (Ahri felt atraction yet she wanted to continue her own journey, also alone)( Braum was dense until the end, MF flirted with him constantly and smoth and he gently deflected her, the other one didn't flirt with him but was more direct and he just ran away) both girls thought that gesture was very cute.
