New LED "No Right Turn" Blank Out Signs Improving Compliance at King & Queen in Bolton, Ontario!

New LED "No Right Turn" blank out signs were added for all directions!
The LED "No Right Turn" blank out sign lights up when the opposite direction receives their leading left turn green arrow, to improve right turn compliance behavior!
There is only one exiting lane for each direction.
It happens too many times where drivers turning right were cutting off drivers turning left from the opposite direction during the left turn green arrow.
Because there's only one exiting lane for each direction, the LED "No Right Turn" blank out sign was installed to prevent right turns from cutting off opposing left turns.
I'm very happy to see it improving compliance!

Interesting! Wish the No Right Turn sign would stay on for the first few seconds of the walk signal, to give pedestrians a head-start. Would basically be a leading thru interval!

when does the NB right turn arrow turn on?

It's supposed to turn on as a right turn overlap when westbound receives the left turn phase.
