NOTE: This is a “NOT” repeat, not a CVT gearbox on the NX, ( many that can not afford this vehicle “try” to put it down by trying to spread this FALSE propaganda (do your research) ...this is not a CVT vehicle!)......it is an “ e-CVT “which is an epicycloidal transmission and no belt of any kind. eCVT is completely different from a cvt. eCVT doesn't use belt/band. Nothing are the same. It's a transmission that contentiously varies, the mechanics are different but the outcome is the same !

The NX 350 F Sport has an8-speed transmission. No sure what the other commenter here is saying . I hated mine and dumped it after a year. Cramped, noisy, slooowww off the line, and no fun to drive.
