Good job, realIy. I have don this with an old snowblower, but the negativ thing is, wenn You do this You have no batterie protection, because the BMS doesen't work with other systems.

As they say old is gold, it really was. I really liked the quality of this circular. Because mine didn't have a battery and that's why I made it like that. Otherwise, if you replace the old ones with lithium batteries, it will be perfect.

I’ve done this to some old dewalt tools , they kill your battery’s as they keep draining them too low to recharge is there a way to stop that just wondering if you found the same problem 👍🏽

The easiest and safest option is to follow the indicator. And as soon as only the last battery level indicator lights up, you need to charge it.

Hello my Friend If you soldered a zener diode instead of a regulator with a 20 ohm resistor, the main IC is certainly burned. Did you remove the BT module?
