Funny side note 14:54 , thats because it was 😆. I helped Texture, Animate, and Configure this locomotive with the rest of the content and there was talk about it being part of the default game (Which is why it looks like everything else) and obviously plans changed, feelings changed etc, somehow the engine got leaked.... and here it is today as a Mod 🙃. I believe what you are playing with is the Final copy of the locomotive back when it was in production phase before I was told it was no longer coming default into the game. But I'm glad you enjoy it! Love this video of it.

I agree that 2-8-0s really seem to fit this railroad very well the Berkshire and Santa Fe just look too big on these tight turns and narrow right of way

Great review and introduction of the H9 for Railroader. I just added it to my game. It’s a very cool locomotive. I’ve added to my consist to haul loads back and forth along the line from Sylvia to Andrew’s. It’s a runner and a hauler. 👍

You need to showcase the new GP38 mod with all the new customizable things now able to do. Far more then any other locomotive on any other game.

There are multiple games with almost nothing but diesel locos. This was one of the first some to have a wide selection of steam locos plus the ability to change whistles etc. it’s a great game and so popular because its ability to have mods from the players. You could play the game with only Diesel locos if that’s your thing just would cost a little more at the start I’m sure there will be more GP and SD locos coming along as the modders do their thing

This H9 model is awesome. I have one on my HO layout. I'd also love to see a copy of Arcade and Attica #18 in the game as a "light" Connie. Especially since she just got done with a rebuild.

If you install the strange customs mod you can unlink the percentage of your engine damage and the visual look, then slide the amount of weathering you want so it’s not factory oil slicked at 100%

I'd like to see a few passenger car mods, like the Vista Domes, and the streamlined parlor cars with the rounded rear. Probably outside the ability of moddeers, but RPOs would be awesome as well, with the hook to pick up bags of mail.
