First of course loba, if he didn't like hurting people, why would he make jokes about killing her parents. In Pathfinders quest book he tells a story about Kaleb and Bob, Kaleb is a assasin like Rev and Bob was the victim of an assasination. Rev doesn't confirm that he is Kaleb but it's almost certain that he is him, Kaleb brutally murders Bob's wife and when Bob gets home he sees his wife's cut off face on the floor and Kaleb standing there with a butcher knife. Bob manages to escape Kaleb and flees with his kids to Gaea, only to wake to find his dead children in the closet. Kaleb choses not to kill Bob but let him live in guilt that his entire family was killed because of him. Bob than proceeds to kidnap and drown Kaleb which leads to the creation of Revenant. Oh yeah and when Rampart's town takeover was released there was a art wall added with Revenant on it, if you ping it with Rev he will say something along the lines of: 'I will still kill you mod girl but for this I'll do it quick'. And yeah idk I don't think we will get a normal interview with Rev although he is more depressed than angry or bloodthirsty in the lore rn.
