Ok I need those Milani blushes! I have fair skin and love brighter colored blushes because my cheeks when flushed have that almost berry tone to them so it looks super natural! I do love nude colors too tho! I think I'm getting nude kiss and maybe the berry shade or merlot! But that coral looks beautiful too! I'll probably wait til spring to get the Coral one tho! I absolutely love cream blushes that come in pans like that because I live being able to dip my brush or sponge right in it. It's way easier than liquids but there are some liquid blushes I'll never give up! The Ulta brand has a pink one I love and the Flower beauty blushes are so good. Pinched and cinnamon are my 2 favorite ones! I even put the Flower beauty ones on my eyes sometimes 😁 I haven't tried the Nabla eyeshadows yet and that palette is right up my alley! I'm happy it's coming to Ulta! I just hope Ulta gives us 20% off soon!

I have a feeling those tabs won't last too long. I kept the outer sleeve and I was thinking about just ripping that tab off because it's annoying to have to tuck it in to close it each time. The outer sleeve will keep it closed. 😊

Yes! I always keep the outer sleeve anyway, since its so cute and I dont have the heart to throw it. That being said, they should revert to their magnetic closure on the packaging. I know this is better for recycling, but it seems quite pointless, creating a problematic usage for the customer, just so that it can recycle the one packaging well after 2 whole years (or more) of using it.

Great video. Would love to see a video on all the Milani products. The eye palettes look gorgeous, so different. The Nabla one looks great as well, but looks to contain many shades I have elsewhere. I’m not a matte shadow person but those ones in the Milani palettes are stunning and look so rich and jewel like for fall.

If you've never tried Nabla's Single Shadows, you have to! Especially the shimmer shades. They're the most beautiful eyeshadows you'll ever find. Most are duochromes. The shades Water Dream, Glasswork, Alchemy, Selfish, Pegasus, Millennium, Virgin Island, Snowberry, Grenadine, Absinthe, Ludwig, Juno Moon, and Mystic are the most amazing eyeshadows you'll find. You can see live swatches of each shade on Nabla's website. The swatches are gorgeous but when you see them in person, you'll poop your pants!

You might check Kohl’s for a back up of Frat Boy. I was at mine last night and what they had left was half off,but you have to make sure they haven’t been swatched 🤨 I have also seen a lot of The Balm at Ross, and the have started putting higher end stuff in security boxes. I haven’t seen any at TJ Maxx or Marshalls though.

Hey Jen! I think we saw many good products this week. Imo, all the eyeshadow palettes looked great. The blue in the CColor palette wowed me because a lot of blue-based shadows tend to look patchy. The Nabla palettes also looked amazing. I'm usually neither a fan of totally nude colorstories, nor glitter, but both products seemed way more interesting than the Instagram photos I previously saw. I was also glad to see the Milani collab. Finally companies are starting to branch out when it comes to collaborations and not picking the "usual suspects" again and again.

The CColor does look like the Dominique palette...only the last 2 shades in the CColor paltte are light brown and green, but in your swatches it looked black not green so that’s better (popsicle and cherry soda) and in the Dominique palette they look like a deep maroon kind of red and black. I usually never see CColor branch off like that, usually they seem to make the colors look spot on

I have two “Is It Just Me?” Questions: Do shimmers always look better swatched on the hand? Do all shimmers, no matter what brand, all look the same in the eye?

Yes. They look better swatched on the arms as the skin is taut and non creasing. If you want the intensity to translate to your eyelids, best to use your finger to apply shimmers. Plus The oils on our fingers help in adhering the shadow better.

@@PersianPowergirl and to add to your ideas, if you use a smidge of nyx glitter glue where you’ll be placing the shimmer, it really amps it up! (There are other brands too, but nyx is the most inexpensive)!

Yes Jen, Milani's eyeshadows are normally pretty decent. And their setting spray reminds me of my Mac's Fix + setting spray. I have oily skin in the summer and did a spray test on each side of my face using Milani up against Mac and Milani held right up to Mac. I was just thinking this while watching you open your packages. Sure hope Jen has a fireplace or a fire pit outdoors cuz that's alot packaging to dispose of. Lol I enjoy sitting by the fire so I'd be happy to burn it all. 😜😊🔥

Yes! The lip pencils and amore shine lip color in Charming and Tenderness are existing shades. Only the palettes are new! :)

The cream blushes remind me of 3CE cheek & lip stains that came out few years ago & the Skinfood check& lip stains...I think they will have a water colour effect and giving a glow from within when sheered out properly. They might need a cushion puff or blender to be applied easiest
