I think if makeup is going to turn in a short time because it doesn't have preservatives added it should be sold in smaller package sizes. In the case of this lipgloss, a mini size would have been more appropriate for a 6 month shelf life. It's difficult to burn thru a full size gloss even if you use it daily. If you don't wear makeup often (everyday) or have a larger selection of makeup to wear, mini or travel sized products are perfectly adequate for most color cosmetics with a 12-36 month suggested shelf life.

When it comes to Mascaras, I usually buy either Maybelline or Loreal. If I want to buy expensive, i only get the sample size. I'm over this whole concept of spending 30 bucks for 2 months of use. The same should be for lipglosses, lipsticks. Smaller sizes.

We had a vet near us in Atlanta that would entice people to come in and adopt kittens by putting "Ugly Kittens Need Home" on their marquis. LOL this reminds me of when my family adopted the dog we had when I was in high school. We were touring around local shelters and after filling in the intake forms and chatting with the staff at one of the bigger local SPCAs, the woman told us "I have a dog I think you might like, but I have to warn you, he's a little... ugly." We laughed and told her to bring him out and lo and behold, she returns with this leggy beagle-ish creature with really thin fur, none at all on his chest, a big purple bald spot on the top of his head, about twelve teeth in his mouth all pointed in funky directions, and a massive tongue falling out one side of his jaw. Needless to say we fell in love and you couldn't have asked for a nicer dog, but whoo boy she was not kidding.

I love Smidge!! She is perfect. I like the name, but if you want other ideas, my beautiful house panther is called Pandora, and I always think it’s a good name for a black cat. I've seen two reviews on the Gucci palette, but even before that, I knew I wouldn't be purchasing it because I *knew* I only fell head over heels for the packaging. I'd rather have a beautiful lacquered vanity tray or hinged box that I could keep my make-up in, that has that same vibe of those moody vintage florals. As a viewer I want to see you reveiw that Gucci pallet so bad. But I feel like I want it for none of the reasons you have a channel budget and self sponsored reviews. I will never buy that pallet, I dont have any desire to by that pallet, but I just like watching you interact with make-up! I'm currently in love with Viseart! I would love to collect all their palettes. I think it's human nature for you to lose interest over time in a brand as your tastes change and other new shiny things catch your attention more. I agree we haven't heard from them in a while - maybe 5-6 months? The last palette I remember them coming out with was the Paris edit and some quads in late spring. But honestly, I prefer that over companies that release something twice a month.

She also can be so derpy, I sometime think we misnamed her. However, Isis herself so clearly thinks of herself as "Isis, Queen of all" that it's worked out.

we have semi-permanently closed the pocket doors between my filming space and our bedroom, so Smidge has a room to explore and Sadie has her own space and still gets to sleep with us. @@HannahLouisePoston we have a big Smidge, almost 9, and just got a pandemic fur baby last year. The first child had a hard time coming around, and they don't necessarily sleep togwther now, but she did learn to tolerate the situation. And they do actually ocasionally play together :) you gotra give it time. Having a feeding schedule and only feeding them together was also veery helpful. Hannah I would love to see a review of the typology serum tint. It's quite a bit pricier than your average skin tint but it has skincare ingredients and I think you might like it. I was interested in the Fenty drops because of its matte finish until I remembered your review of it. I've heard it has a slight dry down and isn't incredibly dewy.

My beloved black kitty of 12 years passed away early this year after 2 years with a heart condition, for which I happily gave him meds twice a day, then eventually 4 times a day as his condition worsened. I really love Viseart's formula, it's wonderful and since I have my Cosmo License I get the pro discount on their site and when a new release really grips me (like the Bijouxette and it's _art deco_ inspired packaging and colour story) it's easy for me to pick it up. Plus, I was sad I missed the original Bijoux Royal palette in hopes they would release it in the newer, magnetic pan palette packaging and never did. I loosened my purse strings this month and bought the Auric shadow in Defiance. I also ordered the Sigma Cinderella palette and Odens Eye collab with Annette, Judy and Tina. I refreshed my mascara and wow brow and ordered a paint pot. I think I'm done for the year, but we'll see. If Sigma does release another palette for holiday they might get me. I just love their 14 pan palettes.
