I'm deeply confused by the last comment in the video, I thought everything in that Epic collection was already collected in the JB Omnibus, but Omar states that he hopes that that stuff will be collected in Omnibus one day. ?

I have a firm rule about not buying any Thunderbolts books that don't have any original Thunderbolts members in them, but I really do love America Chavez and Monica Rambeau, so it's a little tempting to break that rule, but maybe not tempting enough to actually do it.

I'm thinking that will be the final Carnage epic and hopefully they start a modern epic equivalent. They could collect Carnage, Carnage USA, Minimum Carnage,Superior Carnage. I could go on forever.😀

Omar, are the Complete Epics over? Because all the tie-ins of Acts of Vengeance would be great in this collection (or Secret Wars or Infinity Gauntlet). Not everybody wants 1000+ pages omnis.

Uncanny Omar. Thank your the video. Great review of each book. I just received the Avengers Epic Collection Book. The only thing that you miss is the "double-dipping" with Avengers West Coast Epic Collection (Darker than Scarlet) which includes the same "Acts of Vengeance" story line. I would say that Marvel should have included the Avengers Spotlight issues to complete the shole stories from the Avengers title. Great video. Saludos desde México

Excellent overview on the Daredevil Epic, which I just ordered. (Yikes, at fifty bucks MSRP the prices on these are getting prohibitive!). My earliest Daredevil comics as a kid were the awesome Isabella Hydra/SHIELD/El Jaguar run. I was scared they'd snip out the letter page text pieces boasting the History of Hydra, but... there they are in the extras! Whew! Plus a bonus getting the FOOM issue dedicated to ol' Hornhead, so a real winner all 'round. One more Epic should butt us up against #158 and Miller's run! PS: Unintentionally hilarious finger placement perfectly matching Widow's facial expression at 21:34. Hope your wife (or Matt) isn't watching! 🙂

Yeah regarding Avengers... Gilgamesh. I remember being totally not impressed with Gilgamesh when I was reading this as a teenager. Captain America, Black Panther and fkn Gilgamesh.

Hey Omar, what extras are in the Avengers Epic? You never went to the back of the book, I have the Avengers by Byrne omni so those stories are in the omni except for 304 and the annuals

I get the warning of animal being hurt for sensitive people but … come on!!! It is not real animals being hurt! Is is just drawn art, how Can it be possible that anyone having a braing Can have feelings hurt by something that is not real?
