While the overhead lights and bell remain melted on the cantilever, SACRT had replaced the lights weeks ago that were melted on the masy with new ones but they weren't working yet. As of this week, SACRT maintainers got them to work meaning the cantilever will not be replaced. However, the overhead lights remain melted along with the bell, and the overhead inner wiring of the signal damaged. SACRT said they will have to close the roadway to make complete repairs. This sounds like they will have to take apart the overhead to inspect the inside and fix the wiring and whatever else is damaged. On there monthly online talk, they said to hope to start repairs next week to the cantilever signal.

This crossing is jointly owned by Sacramento Regional Transit and Union Pacific Railroad on their respected sides of the crossing. SACRT's side consists of their early 2000s (what I call SACRT early 2000s A Install) with its gates, gate lights, mechanism, and counterweight arms changed from original install equipment and add in its burned phase damage, the cantilever mast lights and light heads changed but bell and overhead lights and more are still damaged. UP's side consists of there early 2000s install is just a 1 pair light gateless pedestrian signal with everything original still the same since it was installed day 1.
