Oh wow ! I just love Menudo in any form. I loved them back in the 80s when they appeared on Silver Spoons and the Love Boat. They were great. Now, with their new manager Mario Lopez, they'll surely make a hit.

I see all these comments about how this group isn't like the original, etc. I don't think these fellas are looking to replace Menudo but to carry on the name. And the times now are definitely different from when we were young. So we can't expect an original Menudo group but we can expect the same standards. I like the wholesomeness and originality. I see promise in this Menudo group. Give them a chance to find their "groove" no one ever goes into anything knowing everything. I applaud them for putting themselves out there and taking it on. Guys, there are going to be people judging you harshly but just keep practicing and show them what you can do. If you give up, you'll be giving them exactly what they are asking for and that is for you to fail. Prove them wrong!!!💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼 Give my grandson something to strive for!

@@nicoleloss7987 it has nothing to do with spanish music or anyone's ethnicity. Not everything is about "race". Their look, the style in singing and dancing is outdated. They look like something from 1989. The boys shouldn't have debuted until their vocals were near perfect. Listen to them live. Their harmonies are off. They struggle to dance with the music. You can see they aren't polished and I don't blame the boys for that. That's on who ever is producing them. They pushed them to soon.

I think these guys need to train more they lacked in stage presence, singing, dancing, teamwork and rap. I also think that the only reason they are coming back (at least the name)is because the U.S market is starting to feel threatened by the kpop and or aisan music market but I'm sorry to say these guys are not very good. And I know that menudo is supposed to be young but its not fair how the kpop industry is constantly criticized for 1 having minors debut, 2 inappropriate concepts 3 using autotune and 4 lip syncing. Also someone can tell me if I'm wrong but the original menudo did not rap.

And as the other one I know they are kids but they at least should have some type of basic singing, dancing and rapping and they don't have any of it. Also if you don't believe me you can look up a group called boy story (song how old are you) and as for the training I talked about in my previous comment you can check boys planet 999 and seventeen pre debut hard core training.
