I grew up with my Grandma (born in New Mexico/san Ildefonso pueblo) making us natillas and it’s so delicious, light, and comforting. Best childhood memories and I carry on her traditions. Thanks for sharing so others can make this too. Ps: When you boil milk I add a canela stick cook with milk it’s delicious and of course I add vanilla and at the end before serving make it snow all over top with ground cinnamon. 😋 🥹🫶🏽

You can garnish with cinnamon and nutmeg! (It was brought to my attention that the audio was difficult to hear at the end of the video where I mentioned this.)
