I very recently got a mij mahogany offset tele. Looks exactly like the one pete has in this video, but the wood looks a lot darker and it has a tele pickup in the bridge instead of a P90. The neck is also really thick, which I find very comfortable. Build quality is outstanding. I adore it.

Fender is at the top of their game and still getting better. It seems like every week I see a new one that makes me drool. I think the Fender Ultras are the only ones that seem to be a bit of a miss for me, and that's probably just because I hate noiseless singlecoils.

Inflation is sneaky in the modern world. Where as before they would raise the price, now they just reduce what you’re getting at the same price. Like no more cases for $1000 guitars and moving production to a lower wage country. My 8 year old Bullet came with a better gig bag than those. My 2002 LTD ec-100 was WMI made in Korea and had ESP hardware. Now Chinese made with Chinese hardware. Japanese made Fender’s with First Act styled gig bag? Lol, inflationary economics are what they are. But at least the prices aren’t rising! Awesome video and sweet axes though!
