Also as another comment mentioned the timeline earlier the show takes place in 1920s real world Japan. So not knowing what a train is when you don't live in a major city, ya that makes sense, and the police officers calling out that they have swords is also because, at the time, there was a mass ban on swords. Note, samurai were not to long ago this point, thus mass ban on swords.

Despite the demons, Demon Slayer takes place in the real world, in Japan of Taisho Era, which would be around the 1920s.

5:24 a demon wont die with cutting his head off unless you use A speacial demon slayer weopon to do it. And sun can kill them. other wise they're immortal. like the spider brother cut his own head off and didnt die cuase tanjiro didnt cut it.

Some fun facts: Rui was Muzan favourite of all the lower ranks. Not only that, but he gave Rui special permission to share his power among his “family”. Every ability you see the family showcase were originally all Ruiz’s abilities. Since Rui didn’t care so much about the 12 Kizuki rankings he never bothered to go higher then Lower 5. If he did actually try he could have been lower 2, or even lower 1. Lower 1 currently is now Enmu :) Also, demon slayer takes place in the early 1900s

Two beautiful demons in the castle… the one with the Biwa (who’s name will be known in another day) & the one with the curls & stylish kimono Btw, this isn’t a spoiler. But a few side notes. Zenitsu had grown up in the city so he knew that it was a train. Also, whenever a Kizuki is killed, lower or upper, he summons the others. Because although they seem impossible to kill, he sees them as weak. Therefore, the biwa demon summons them as he wants them to be stronger

Excited for the next arc! I dont really like the english dub as much as sub of this but I like your reactions too much not to watch. Personally I like watching the first half of season 2 in the movie format cause I just think it fits a bit better but I understand that it might be easier for youtube to do it as the episodes, also incase you didn't know its only the first half of season 2 that's the mugen train arc, the second half (at like episode 8 or something) is a totally new arc called the entertainment district arc because originally it was just going to be the mugen train movie and then season 2 was going to go right into the next arc but they decided to split it up into episodes an add a completely original first episode and then a few scenes mixed in to other episodes from the manga that they didn't add to the movie.

lower one is the highest of the lower ranks dude. it goes upper one - upper six then upper one - lower six. lower six is the 12th strongest in the kizuki and therefore the weakest
