Tbh, you probably won’t need to watch the movie. The movie covers episode 2-7 (with some scenes removed). The anime has put it in its entirety, has an extra episode and adds content that wasn’t in the movie. Would be much easier to pace it out instead of 1 full setting.

4:29 From the one page or so that I've seen, Zenitsu is doing this monologue to _Nezuko_ not...whatever Chuntarou's name is (He compliments her brother being so nice/encouraging/smth, she scratches the box (which she does instead of talking or humming), and then he promises to show her some flowers near here that bloom at night (I will add that now both the Sister Spider Demon and Zenitsu have felt or heard her vibes and without a verbal threat went _...scary_

Just a heads up, after this season is over you should watch S2 E1 before you react to the movie so youre watching things in order. Then after the movie watch S2 E8

well if he is watching on netflix the movie is already split into episodes of the season so if he follows the order its fine
