Just got back home from a week of being in our Nash 23D... I'm "Fluffy" as Josh puts it, and the Nash is NOT at all "Fluffy Friendly" in the bathroom department. I wish for a bathroom like this one has. Never underestimate the power of a "Fluffy Friendly" bathroom in an RV. 🤣

I love this, plenty of comfy seating, very nice kitchen with a lot of counter space, and great placement of the stove top and oven. I like having somewhere to put my coffee if I'm sitting on the sofa. The kitchen light will be difficult to clean due to not being flush to the ceiling. I love the pull out island. Unless you knew that wasn't a vent over the cook top you'd never think to look there. I'm torn with the bathroom, love the shower, love the storage, not keen on toilet placement and don't need 2 sinks. Love the bedroom, great floorspace, nice amount of storage, I like the little shelf at the bedsides, especially as that bed is a king. Nicely finished storage under the bed. Nice to see that you can't see the main floor under the cabinets, but that the cabinets have a base floor, it's just a cool finishing touch. Overall it's a real contender.

that leveling foot pad does not contain a snap pad type product on it , that is just a plastic cover over the 9" foot pad, so we found our snap pads can be moved to these new feet. Also , big fan of the Salun tires.

Love the overall design - I prefer a single sink bathroom as I’d rather have a his and her side for the counter and how often are you both going to be in the bathroom at the same time - love having so many drawers in the bath - could use a few more drawers in the kitchen - love the dual slide in the bedroom - would be nice if the dresser slide had a top that could roll out to form a desk where the TV is

Every Keystone that I have ever seen, regardless of the model, has had something that was a major “deal breaker” for me…until now. This is a nice, well thought out unit. No carpet and no floor vents is a big deal for someone who has Aussies. Nicely done Keystone!👏

Theater seats should have more drink holders. Typical 2 people seated in a dual theater seat has 2 drinks and 2 remotes. No place to put the remotes except in a storage console or arm rest. All theater seats should have 4 drink holders as standard. Same for bedroom, we need a place to put our water bottle, eyeglasses, cel phone and flash light.

Nice chairs at the table. They have personality. Like the French door fridge. That’s a really nice bathroom layout. Not a fan of the fake hood. I would change the backsplash, but I’m guessing that’s a sticker that we could easily change to a subway tile look.

This WOULD make a nice couples park model! What I like - microwave over a counter instead of the stove. Good size even counter space on both sides of very nice stove. Large fridge. Lots of bedroom storage. Tankless is great. NO Schwentek slide. Many other small things too! Don't need 2 bathroom sinks. Not practical really. Id miss a standup pantry😢 Decor is alright. Can cover the sofas if you like. Folks will enjoy this one!

Love the new layout! Don't see many new things in a 5th wheel. Would like to see something like it in a shorter version. Not everyone wants or needs the longer, more people rv. I see lots of too short or too long, but what about the 34 to 36 ft?

This is an exact duplicate to the Montana 3303CK (my favorite model) just a different Keystone subsidiary. Regardless, I love everything about it accept the dual sinks in the bathroom. A centered slightly larger sink is all that’s really needed, no medicine cabinet is really needed but they could be smaller and on each side. Another great video Josh.

This is a great sized and equipped 5th wheel, 35 feet pulls this floorplan off but it's tight, this feels just right. What I would like to see across the industry is triple 40lb propane tanks like in the Pinnacle or at least the option for them. Propane when full timing in the winter (20-50deg) is a lifeblood. The work around is a 100lb external tank that is a pain to haul back and forth to get serviced. A problem I anticipate with these linoleum slides is them getting ratty where they overlap with the floor, especially in a dinette area where chairs are being drug back and forth, time will tell but I forecast this being the eyesore of these rigs a few years down the road. One jab, who is going to feel comfortable with their calves rubbing up against a toilet while brushing their teeth???? I get the double vanity looks attractive, it should only be done if it is fully functional, most RV bathrooms are only large enough for 1 person, own it! This would have rocked with massive counter space and cabinet space. Heck, my ex would have loved to be able to sit on the toilet and do her makeup, a lighted makeup mirror there would have been a better touch, weird but functional. I am on a roll, Instead of the sink by the toilet, they could have put space for a good sized waste basket and hole in the countertop for disposal.

The real limiting factor here is the payload rating on the truck vs. the loaded hitch weight on the trailer. You'll run out of payload on a rig like this before tow rating for sure

Uggg, floor vents. I like the living room area, The kitchen had me until you said the vent over the stove does not vent out. It's great that they put the max air fans but the problem with that is the ceiling may get nasty and have to clean it being a light color and could stain. I can see a potential problem. I LOVE the microwave isn't over the stove! I'd rather have a large 1 bay sink. The bathroom is nice but I'd rather have one sink a bit larger and just counter by the toilet with a narrow shelf instead of the mirror. Who is going to squeeze into that space especially with the foot flush sticking out? I'm small and so is hubby but he's got the old man belly lol still wouldn't use that sink and most folks aren't going to get in there. Is there a vent fan in the bathroom? All in all pretty good. The 2022/2023 Riverstone Legacy 391FSK is my favorite so far and the destination model 024 Salem Grand Villa 42VIEW (with some minor changes) We are looking at buy and park it for a few years while we renovate our home. So, full time for at least a couple of years. Then only move it once to a new property.

The Montana 3231 we saw at the dealer had a lot of these features, but too big for our truck. My previous objection to Alpine was where they put the toilet in a corner where two wall intersect. Creepy to me. I am a short person and the over head spice rack isn’t suited for a 5’4” gal, but I love the separation of microwave and range. We have a lot of congestion around the area in our house with no way to separate the two. I think this arrangement is one of the best features of this new Alpine. Personally I’d prefer drawers under the counter across from the sink. We reduced a lot of traffic congestion in our house when we redid the kitchen by getting all drawers instead of base cabinets with doors. With a door you have to open it fully, frequently whereas a drawer only a few inches often. Yeah I evaluate my rig potentials by the workability of the kitchen. We are people who cook real food, eat a really clean diet and appreciate a kitchen that functions. Like space on left and right of range top. I also think that pull out L shaped thing is cool! On the Montana it took Herculean strength for me to pull it out. Something people with shoulder issues should consider. Overall I love this trailer. But not for state and national park visits or 3/4 ton trucks.

Word of caution......I have a 2022 368mbi and the 13.5 front and 15 kbtu rear AC system is terrible (the bunk room is the worst with literally zero airflow). The blade system does not perform as advertized and many people end up replacing them with standard lovered vents or in some case just letting it dump into the space with no deflector. The ACs are ducted together and I find myself dropping the front AC temp to 60 just to create pressure in the duct system pushing air backwards while the rear system is running. If I don't do this, the rear AC is essentially feeding the entire floorplan when it really struggles to keep up with the rear. It has struggled to stay under 80 in the rear while the front bedroom is 60 and the bunk room is 82.....when its only 85 outside (I'm in the Northeast, it doesn't get that hot). They should seperate the ducts so the 15kbtu rear AC is only feeding the rear of the RV.

I can't wait for the first opposing slide out floorplan that ditches the dinette altogether and creates just a wicked party/entertaining space. Maybe even shift the island 90 degrees and create a full on space for a proper (weekend warrior) bartender. The 50's are over and so is formal dining, especially while camping. There is always a picnic table kicking around should a family want to have that kind of atmosphere while eating. Most dinettes end up being a place to throw keys, hats and other junk and the chairs a good spot to drape coats. I would guess at least half would prefer that space utilized in a more fun and ingenious way in lieu with the times. If you disagree, that's fine, just know I'm not here for a debate so I won't get into one. It's just my opinion. Cheers. Ps - I love everything else and I'm not picking on this RV in particular. It's just after seeing this pretty much exact floor plan with slight variations for the 100th time, I figured it's time I said what I've always wanted to say.

I agree with you it does look cheap but with our keystone's every stainless steel sink starts to pit I am extra careful I'm always wiping the sinks dry to keep up to make sure that ours didn't pit again it's cheap cheap pressed metal I won't even say it's stainless steel. Our first camper was a second hand one and the previous owner pulled out the plastic sink and put in a porcelain one that is the best sink I have ever had in a camper.

You know, this unit has all the things but they missed the decor boat. If this unit were on my top 3 list it would lose out to the one that has the lightest and freshest decor, all else being equal. They’ve done better this year and have many excellent features but its still woefully monotone imho. Couches don’t have to match loveseats for starters and nothing pops here. The gray upholstery looks nice but the environment around it doesn’t elevate it. I don’t know - I’m not a decorator and we all like different things. For me Brinkley hits a sweet spot but I’ve heard a number of folks who dislike their decor. The kitchen/living area will be one of the first things I see each day and my environment is important to me. Thank goodness some builders are moving away from brown “leather” furniture. If I faced that every morning I’d need Prozac. The new grayish colors here are nice. Perhaps eventually they can freshen the woodwork a bit. It’s a great unit all in all.
