This box takes approximately 300-350ml of resin. But I'd wager that it would probably take around 275ml if not filled up all the way to the top, causing the weird extra bottom ridges. Next time I pour this mold, I will definitely be trying it with less resin. Have a fantastic day!!

Pour till the sides are almost full then pinch the sides to get in all the nooks and corners. Be careful not to pinch and have it overflow. Then pour the rest higher up with a steady thin stream to prevent more bubbles from forming. Good luck team resin!

I just got my mold this week, and I made my first pour yesterday. I used deep pour resin, and I filled the bottom edges a little before putting the molds in the frame. Then I poured the rest very slowly. Fingers crossed that there aren’t any bubbles. It’s driving me nuts to have to wait so long to demoed! 😂😂😂

Just found your channel and I love your videos. Very helpful for someone as myself, just starting out with tarot card resin.

U can flip that box top over and use the top for other cards. U can use it both ways. That's why it has that ridge on it. U filed it fine

Thanks for letting me know! That makes so much more sense. Haha.

Box turned out really nicely. Odd that the box doesn't fit the full set of cards it was made for. Guess you need two boxes? The pour @7:30 looks like a sci-fi special effect. Next time you do that, film it in slow motion. 😛

Oohh, that's a good idea. Hehe. Maybe I'll do that for my next satisfying pour video. Hehe.

Possible solution to the bubbles after pour...try using a small vibrator on the sides of the molds...I haven't tried it...however that is what the concrete masons use when pouring concrete is to vibrate the bubbles out. Fingers crossed. Cheers!

Oohh. I may have a vibrating cat toy I could try! Thanks!

@@JustCallMeMeghan I have also notice in your video's that you are stirring vigorously which can whip up more bubbles and stir in one direction as well...(unless you sped up the video...lol) also I forgot to mention to pour slower and in smaller amounts and use the vibrating tool between the pours along tapping the sides of the mold.😃 Keep up the good work. Look forward to your next video release...perhaps you could do a video on the tips I provided...would love to see your results. Have a great day! Cheers

I was thinking about getting one, thanks for the review! I wonder if you could put the tenth card glued on top of the box as a cover? Since it won't fit inside
@JustCallMeMeghan2 жыл бұрын
I was wondering the same thing! Or maybe not pour the cards as thick. I was also wondering if the box could fit all the little tarot cards. I'll have to try that out!

I haven't figured out how to remove bubbles from corners of this mold
@JustCallMeMeghan2 жыл бұрын
Yeah, you and me both. Lol. I do use mini brushes to try and move the bubbles out, but it doesn't always work. Hopefully you can find a good solution. 💙

Yeah, I have issues with that as well with this mold. It really is a bubble magnet.
