Love these builds. I think it would be so appropriate and also funny to include money trees in the old money house since a lot of generational wealth is built on basically printing money from long term investments, compounding interest etc.

You know those pre-made stories that the Sims 4 make? they should use your builds and create a new one: where you play either the daughter of the new money family, or the rebel son from the old money family. It would be sort of like a romeo and juliet kind of story and the point of it would be like they had to go out on dates without getting caught or trying to get the families to hate eachother less idk i just thought ur idea was amazing

You should make a build inspired by Bruce Wayne’s mansion and on the inside you can make the rooms inspired by each of the bat family members and family friends (Bruce Wayne, Alfred Pennyworth Dick Grayson, Jason Todd, Casandra Cain, Tim Drake, Damien Wayne, Duke Thomas, Stephanie Brown, Barbara Gordon (Selina Kyle, Kate Kane, Harper Row, Luke Fox, etc(there’s so many)) The mansion is old money and it’s owned by very “spirited” vigilantes Yes ik I’m a geek but this would also turn out soo cool The possibilities are endless You can reference or create the bat cave in the basement, have like the escape trellis thing from some of the windows, and etc

maybe the families both got their money from inventing cars! but the Old Money family like invented them and maybe trains back in the day lol. while the New Money family makes modern sports cars and/or electric vehicles, which is why they hate each other because they’re competition 🤭

It’s so hard to choose a favorite lol 😍early vote goes to the new money but something about the old money is speaking to me as well. I think in the old money mansion, you should def include a wine cellar and possibly an art gallery to show all the art the owners have collected/inherited over the decades. And for the new money mansion, what would be nice is an indoor arcade for the basement and move the basketball hoop from outside to an indoor basketball ball court. I imagine an NBA player living here 😅

Here's my story for this build: the girl's parent suddenly got rich and they changed their lifestyle in two days. Her whole family specialy her older brother are so excited but she kinda misses their old simple life. Then she meets the rebal boy in her school or something and the old money boy falls in love with her. But she doesn't like the idea of being with someone who's so self centerd and ignores him. Not to mention her older brother is rivaling with this old money guy in school and there's tention between the families. Any way the guy really really loves this girl so he finally starts paying more attention to his family and the legacy to prove himself to the girl!:D (Btw huge HUGE fan of your builds♡)
