In this video I head over to Mountain Motorsports in Marietta, GA to go motorcycle shopping with my dad. They had a specific motorcycle that Ive been looking for listed on their website, but when I got there I received the news that it had already been sold. I was a little upset about making the trip for nothing, but the guys at Mountain Motorsports made it better! Everyone from their sales to service to parts department were a pleasure to talk with. Hopefully we can link up again in the future. They have an awesome inventory of dirt bikes, jet skiis, side by sides, motorcycles and so much more! Shoutout to them for the hospitality.

I hear people complain about Mtn Motorsports a lot, but in the past couple years I have bought a Panigale 959, a new Polaris Sportsman 850SP, a pair of 2020 ZX6R's, a 2020 Kawi Z900RS and a new R1 from them... The R1 and Panigale from their Roswell store, and the rest from their Mall of Georgia store... Never had an issue, sales guys were always good to me, simple process, in and out without any drama...

It's because there used to be a better variety of few different motorcycle shops in Marietta (this location) and around metro Atlanta that they put out of business. And the stuff they offer is pretty limited and basic. WOW motorcycles is still around though and you can find much rarer bikes there and Blue moon up in Norcross has cool BMW stuff.

I heard that an Aprilia dealer is coming to Braselton... There is an MV Agusta dealer in Marietta...

@@SquireSCA an aprilla dealer would be sweet, there wasn't an MV when I lived there but that's cool too. Yeah, I'm not trying to say they're bad or anything, I was just around when it started happening and it just felt like too corporate I guess. Plus I remember the owner showing up places in a Ferrari but not in a cool way, it was just a weird vibe idk.

@@nicholasdulaney3214 Yeah, The Ducshop is now an MV Agusta dealer. I think that for awhile, Mtn Motorsports was under a different owner, and that's where the bad press came from. Its a different owner now, and I have done a good bit of business with them and been happy. Prior to that I did a ton of business with Hourglass cycles and NPR Ducati...

H2 all day! im bias, lol i grew up dirt only, NO bike 31 years and got a new 2022 Z 900! lol then this year put deposit on a 2021 KLX 300 dualsport with dirt tires, 1 day less 5 months shosws up! and ended up its a 22 same price! i wasnt ready for clip on bars, but 636 next,,, H2 IS for ppl with BALLS! lol MAD MAXXY got one and he rides it properly, wide open! lol

@@outdoors-gs9td Nice man congrats. My advice would be to skip the 636 and go for the 1000 TBH. You may think its too much bike now but just respect it and you wont be sorry. You'll get used to the speed of that 600 quick and want more. I've owned a 400, 600, 650 and an R1 (although I ride Harley now) and if I could go back I would have never even bothered with the 650 or 600.

I got the base 2021 V4. Amazing engine, great handling, and overall feel. I couldn't justify another ~6k for the S model. I'm surprised you haven't had the chance to ride one yet! Oh yeh, heat on your calves will still get ya on these lol

There's a guy in the UK that's got 1 (track bike) w/the rear cylinders exhaust pipe, 2 into 1, going straight back under the rear subframe ala 500 GP bike.

I rode one out in LA at the beginning of the year for a few days! If you go back you’ll see the series I made on it. Loved that thing! I honestly think the heat on my ‘14 R1 is worse. Not only do you get heat on your calves but also on your back from the undertail exhaust when you’re ripping it 🥵 thanks for watching bro! Ride safe 🤘🏾 #FastLaneGang 🏁
