It was a bit tongue in cheek but I wasn't one of those lucky women who pinged back into shape, and many years of half a stone on, half a stone off have left me soft and flabby. No amount of exercise helped either. I genuinely got a lot from this video. Better late than never I suppose 🙄😀

Love your channel! Can you do a segment on women with a large stomach that starts relatively high up and is more “front” centered? Also for those of us that are older and have mobility issues, such as balance issues (no high heels), feet issues (need arch support and cushioning), need crossbody bags because we walk with a cane, etc.

I went through this same weight gain after baby and didn't manage to lose it until 10 yrs later but still remember how frustrating it was trying to find clothes that made me feel attractive. I think all our bodies are never quite the same shape as we were before having a baby...but that's fine and nothing to be ashamed of...even if you loose weight and regain your fitness, I found, you are still just a little bit different to what you were before!! We are now Mothers ❤❤❤❤

Great video! I am a bit curious about legs. Here you mention taking up he shorts to show a bit more of the legs. Would the same apply of you have *unattractive* legs (overweight, large /wide both lower and upper legs + plus soft/jelly)?

It usually does yes, but if you want the shorts to look good then it’s the top you need to worry about. If the top is wrong then however good the shorts are, they still won’t look good….always look at the whole outfit, not just one part of it x

It depends on the look you're going for plus the shoes you're wearing with them. Typically turning under is more dressy than up turning but right now i'm loving an upturn with heels! Go off your gut feel based on the shoes, lifestyle and the venue where you're going.

I loved this video and was excited to try the Adanola leggings. They cost $10 to ship which I absolutely would be happy to pay if they were as great as I'd hoped. Sadly, they were not, even though I followed the sizing guidelines they did not fit at all (too small). And it cost $15 to return them, so essentially I paid $25 for the privilege of trying them on. Lesson learned. I am so sorry to add negativity to this wonderful channel but I definitely would not recommend. this product.

I love these jeans on her. My problem is that I’m wider in the stomach but then I have narrow hips and skinny legs, which means all trousers are hanging off my bottom if they fit at the waist or if they look flattering on my bum, I can’t zip them up. I’ll welcome any suggestions on where to look for trousers that would fit.

Elasticated high waist would be best for you. Pleated trousers/jeans with side pockets will help tp produce volume around the hips.

You use it to elongate the frame and create a vertical line which in turn will split the waistline up making it looked more defined.

Are you referring to the red jumpsuit that I was wearing at the start? If so, i'm a uk size 8-10 but i'm more of an 8 on my waist and a 10 on my thighs. It pulled slightly on me on my thighs at the start but it stretched out after a few minutes. If you're a small 10 i'd go for a small but if you're more of a 10-12 then i'd go for a medium. x
