It's one of so many favorites for me as well. I look at music as the soundtrack to my life. And when shit is going south, I have the Dev playlists. Way better than another pill for me. The artist that saved my life and changed my life, is the same wonderful human trying to do the same for others with this record, years later.

I am on the pre-order list. Let's hope it is not delayed again. The tracks are growing on me. I am a little challenged by them. Edited 7/23: The albums have grown for me. Lightworker and Dimensions do it for sure. His concert was impressive too. Will not be my top Devin album, but still great. Thank you for this.

I saw Devin This Passed weekend in Austin Opening for Dream Theater. this song struck a cord in me Hearing Him Live.. I was About 5th Row up front in Middle. This Father and Daughter Went together and the Daughter was extremely Beautiful, when This song Came on I felt so much emotions towards it, and the Girl next to me would sing with me and just keep Looking at me.. I felt Every Urge to try to not Hold her Hand and just be Happy In the moment, we both Screamed and Shouted the Whole show and Threw up the Horns every chance we got. Especially When Dream Theater Played Pull me under! I wish I can the guts to just shoot my Shot with her. Full respect to her Dad that brought her out to the Dreamsonic Tour in Austin. This song will Be forever in my Heart. It’s Given me a Chance to feel connected once again..

Very good song. I'd have to say Moon People is the shining jewel on this release but there aren't many skips either. Consistent very good album. And always better when we can listen to it with Jim!

I enjoyed all three of these tracks. I haven't dived into Devin's discography yet, as I understand most of his output is quite heavy. If you play this album on the channel, I'll give it a listen. Maybe then I'll go back and give Empath and any of the other albums you would say are more melodious a try.

As Jon mentioned, give Ghost a listen, its really a chill, calming album, I go to sleep with it quite often. Another great one to check out is Casualties of Cool, It has a almost country/bluegrass feel to it, and has Che Dorval with him on vocals. It's very different from his heavy stuff, and I think you will enjoy it! If you want to dip your toe in something a little bit heavier, but still poppy and melodic, check out Epicloud or Addicted.

I would recommend Empath too. Good mix of all of Devs styles. Sometimes in a single song. Lots of melodic qualities in that album.

Are you planning a full album listen on the channel? If so, I'll probably wait for it before listening. This track is probably my least favorite of the three, though I love the chorus and that bridge section.
