Naganadel is pretty unfortunate, though tbh it's moveset is the msg is pretty limited. They could've given it Dragon Claw at least, so it has dragon stab and a bait move. It gets Dragon Tail too so idk why they gave it Air Slash, not like it would be broken it Dragon Tail+Dragon Claw.
