Streakfly 2 is way too agressive - your heel can't even touch the ground. Check out the Takumi sen 10. Or wait for Vaporfly 4.

Adidas Takumi Sen 8/9/10 are great options. Also the Hoka Rocket X2 is good. Honestly though the Nike Vaporfly 2 on sale would be ideal

Takumi Sen 8/9/10 and New Balance Pacer v2 are currently the best options for 5k to half marathon races, and the Streakfly isn’t that bad of an option except for the fact that it basically has no durability. The ASICS Metaspeeds are also super good but you should research which of their two metaspeeds is best for your running style. Other brands have their good super shoes as well; the Adidas Adios Pro and Pro Evo 1 are good options (though expensive) and the Saucony Endorphin Pro 3/4 and Elite are great options as well.

Basically because the pegasus plus takes over from the streakfly 1, which was supposed to be a racer but ended up more as a tempo shoe. Now it's refocused for elites.

We feel as if most people seemed to have more problems with the 3rd than the 1st. Personal I still love it
