I just leased the Qashqia N connecta with glass roof as a option. Got a great deal on a 2 year lease , works out a lot cheaper than the deprecation on the car over the 2 years :)
@Naveed4Speed4 ай бұрын
I thought the glass roof was an option! Hey that's awesome you're going for the Qashqai, and the N-Connecta should be great with the Google services. What size wheels have you gone for? And what colour?
@monkayjim9994 ай бұрын
@@Naveed4Speed yes the glass roof is a £650 option on the N connecta but for some reason the lease company included it for no exta cost. Just went with the basic 18inch wheels and Ocean deep colour for the paint.

Ah the 18 inch wheels should do good for the ride comfort, and the ocean deep colour is amazing! It looks so good in the sun... You won't be disappointed.

I have a Tekna 22 model, I visited the show room today for a test drive. I am definitely going for the new model facelift but in the Tekna plus to get the black leather trim personally I didn’t like the umber brown and black interior it’s old fashioned looking in my opinion. I think Nissan have made a big mistake on the customer’s favourite model of the Tekna by giving only one trim level. It’s not for everyone but some people will love the trim.
@Naveed4Speed3 ай бұрын
Hey, the Tekna is a good shout, and the Tekna+ just goes that one step further, but if you want an alternative to the Tekna there's always the N-Design which has a decent interior and it's the same price as the Tekna. What do you think of the exterior of the N-Design?

I have a Tekna ePOWER on order (was the old version when I ordered it, with the dark blue touches on the trim). Now that's been changed and I'll get the new facelift version, with the brown trim. I am not sure I am sold on that yet .. I don't know why they've gone with a Brown colour, or as Nissan call it 'Burnt Umber' - Having said that, in your video it doesn't look too bad (compared to a really deep vile brown I saw somewhere else). What do you think of it, does it look subtle and OK to you or does it look, I dunno, tacky and a flashback to the car interiors of the 1980's! Great video incidentally and I'm looking forward to getting mine (hopefully sometime next month).

Hey, congrats on the incoming new car! The car that I'm driving is the Tekna with the brown interior and initially I had my reservations but when I saw it in the flesh I actually really like it. The brown interior is rather subtle and sometimes doesn't even look brown. Note, I haven't messed around with the colour of the video so what you see if what you get. Thanks for watching the video and if you have any more questions do let me know. What exterior colour are you going for?
@nigelp47955 ай бұрын
@@Naveed4Speed Thank you - I am looking forward to it, I loved the ePOWER when I took one for a test drive several months ago, handled well, smooth, refined, comfortable and a pleasure to drive. If the brown colour is like it is in your video, then that's OK, it will grow on me - my heart just sank initially when I saw they've scrapped the blue and changed to brown, especially as the exterior I've gone for is the Magnetic Blue. Fingers crossed! Really enjoyed your video and have a new subscriber :)

Thank you very much! I appreciate it. My next video will be on the Nissan Ariya if you're interested in that too. It comes with e-4ORCE which isn't in the Qashqai, but I do agree with the e-POWER as it is really smooth. The Magnetic Blue is an iconic Qashqai colour so you can't go wrong there! I'd love to see what you think when you get yours! Thank you

Hope its delivered with the steering wheel on the correct side and you don't have to collect it from Lisbon .

@ellisrochlin2267 this was a first drive opportunity on some early vehicles. They will for sure be delivered with the steering wheel on the correct side but collecting it from Lisbon wouldn't be all that bad 😁

I build them. They do indeed have choice of sunroof on the higher specs.

Hey that's awesome! The Sunderland facility looks incredible. Do you know if the glass roof is an option or standard? The Tekna that I had didn't have the sunroof (neither did the N-Design) but I saw one with a glass roof that might have been a Tekna+
@RobBurlinsonMusic5 ай бұрын
@Naveed4Speed it goes on choice from the customer order but all can have a sunroof if ordered on the spec.

Look at that grille! It's so angry, it looks like it's about to pick a fight with a Bentley. Nissan's certainly compensating for something here, and I suspect it's years of building cars as exciting as a damp flannel
@Naveed4Speed4 ай бұрын
It's probably angry because it's inspired by Japanese Samurai Armour, and that probably wasn't designed to look friendly. I think it looks quite appealing. I appreciate your comment though, it won't be to everyone's taste and that's okay. Thanks for watching.
