Good advice. If you can afford a 360 camera get one. They will record riders in front as well as behind you. They can even record yourself falling. Mount it on the side of your helmet and not the top so that it doesn't get slammed by tree limbs. Y'all have fun.

just took the supermoto version of the klx to haspin acres in indiana today. IM AMAZED at how well a stock supermoto does off road. hit everything the homies were hitting on crf 250/300s

@@Un-Burdened beautiful as long as its not muddy or super sandy (on stock tires) my homies drz400 supermoto with fat knobbies did even better and sand/mud doesnt effect it nearly as much.

If you have a regular riding buddy, someone who rides with you often, you can split the tool load in half, and have more tools/parts on hand in case you need them, and not have to lug around 20lbs of steel. I know it’s not always possible. But it’s something to think about when you do have a buddy. Same thing with camping. I’ll have my buddy carry the grill, and I’ll carry the other cooking stuff. I do travel solo a lot. But I’ve noticed how much easier the load can be when you can help one another out.

👍🏻 great tips. I find standing up on loose gravel roads, especially around crurves, makes it feel less sketchy. Gotta squeeze with your legs though and put your weight on the outside peg.

@DerekDualSport it also gives you more control of your bike. If you dont rub the paint off your bike with your feet and legs, you're not using your legs. My bike just rolled 1000 miles. The paint is already rubbing off the frame, and the inside ankle on my boots are already worn. I tore the clip that holds the wire for the kickstand off. I learned from a motocrosser and desert racer.

Definitely, I’ve been trying to get better at standing every time I go riding. I’m the worst at rocky down hill sections.

@DerekDualSport I hate rocky downhill the most. It's sketchy as he'll. The guys I ride with just cruise down it like nothing. My butt stays puckered. 🤣 I can't help it.

I found a nice tool pouch at walmart . It was less than $ 25. I then put my spare tools in it. Add some straps or you may lose a few wrenches.
