I dont think renovations were done. If you watch model unit videos of pheonix 2 you will see this is pretty much how the house originally comes. They are actually still handing over units so it could have been recently handed over to the owner.

I liked that in the shower area, they fitted the shower with a secondary removable shower hose and not just a power shower above. A removable shower hose is handy for females. 😮

I work in Portmore and with all the development happening here in the city, i rather pay 150k here than "Uptown" where you have no yard space or even parking area. Look at all these amenities, people will say so much and then go pay 150 up Jack Hill, Mona for an older structure and to share facility. 120k is ideal but 150k is still better than many

There are many newer developments in Kingston with pool, gym and many other amenities that are this price. I should know. I would rather spend this in Red Hills, Stony Hills and Constant Spring than Portmore. There is also no toll or big drive in Kingston to get to common business places or urban amenities.

Trust me, they are a beautiful couple in the flesh. We spent time in their AirBB in the spring (I’m UK based too.) We felt very safe indeed and Adrean was always just a call away if we needed anything. 😊

Once again a brilliant video! Great teamwork. As for the house, interesting and simple. Not over the top and it will fit the right type of tenants especially if they are coming in from Europe because this is the size of house we are used to. Whereas I like the design of big contemporary houses, If we are not going to have an inter generational mindset, sometimes big is just too big to maintain and clean over the long term duration of the house. The inside is as is, just the way the developers gave it. They only put in grill and AC. $90-120k and even that is too much. The houses cost $14.5m. 35m apartments are renting for $1100 in Kingston, so this is definitely overpriced

The rental price is not a fair market for the house and the area,$150,000 JMD - $960 USD only an person with no real concept for pricing rental property would list such an over market price. Am moving to phoenix park also. Don't try to include any of thoes xtras, they don't matter you should not railroad the market in that area. Be more within reason don't start over pricing. With jps-utilities,jwp-water,lime-internet,fuel-fi cook,food-fi eat,insurance. NOW my job income, that will be more $300k JMD $1923 USD per month to live there. JOB 'Just Over Broke. Am disappointed at both of you. That's not a fair market compairsion analysis for a rental that size in that area and no one else in that area is as overpriced as your listing choice, am sure you know this🇯🇲 inflated price!
