Yuri V Really?! 'Murder' was kind of disappointing for a single release (the B-side instrumental of 'Thieves Like Us' was better!), 'Run 2' (although I still own the rare 12" mint vinyl), 'Ruined in a Day', 'Spooky' (absolute shite, bad enough as an album track, never mind single), and 'Someone Like You'. Oh, and the entire 'Lost Sirens' rock album.

As I've followed the group since 1983, I had to wait months/years for some releases so I remember the elation and disappointment of good and bad releases! - As opposed to some people in the past decade, having the full MP3 discography to hand and scanning through the tracks, cherry-picking. Ive been a New Order fan for 15 years, I had no idea they released a new album. My first time listening through Music Complete was like the first times through PCL, Low Life, Brotherhood, or Technique. Just totally blew my mind how good it was. When the first big bassline hit I pumped my fists and audibly said "Holy Shit this is AWESOME!"

Funny how they don't want Hooky back - his soul lives on in the band with a session musician playing his chorus bass guitar lines. It's not a case of 'no hooky no new order' this proves that hooky remains to be a big part of the new order sound whether it is him or a session man playing the parts that he created.
