Love Bill calling it like it is. Love the honesty. Also, kind of found it funny when you said "It'll probably take your craving away" cuz that could mean either in a good way or bad way. Like after having it, it's so bad, you definitely won't want it again cuz I had that feeling when craving Krispy Kreme glazed for so long and tried to settle for store bought ones....don't do it.

Best po boy in Louisiana is actually in Lake Charles. It’s in a dive called Darrell’s and the sandwich is the Darrell’s Special. It’s Ham, Roast Beef and Turkey with lettuce, mustard and Mayo (they have regular mayo but you have to get the jalapeño mayo) with American, Swiss and provolone cheese with their roast beef gravy served on fresh bread that’s driven in from NOLA daily. Best sandwich I’ve ever had, anywhere. #IFYKYK

Bill , I think you are correct about the chicken. When you put fried chicken in a box it continues to release heat and steam. The steam has nowhere to go, thus making the crisp chicken skin return to a flabby mess.
