Idk...I mean he is getting older and the league is always changing while Mickey isnt so much lol. Its also been awhile since his last great success ( although the Bresee pick was excellent all things considered like needs and position etc. I think we got the last BLUE CHIP talent on the board). Its hard to let go of the guy who helped achieve the impossible dream though. Truth be told I think Mickey is why Sean left.

Raider fans Carr said he will not take a pay cut. Which means he will most likely get cut. 40-50 m cap hit whether he plays or not. We aren’t going to the playoffs next year so start rattler and take the good pick in the draft. Trade people throughout the year and accumulate draft capital.

Actually if he gets cut after June 1st he counts 11 million against the cap this year and 28 next year. We dont need to do that though. If you hire Joe Brady as the HC DC can play out his contract and we can continue to develop Rattler and see where that goes as far as the QB position while . Im thinking OL and the entire defense (apart from the CBs and Bresee) is where the real trouble will be ( aside from HC obviously ) this team is not only old, it got older alot faster than it should have. Picks like Peyton Turner and Trevor Penning, Cesar Ruiz etc didnt help much. Joe Brady paired with DC wouldnt bother me at all, but DC at his age paired with this OL and any other coach scares the crap out of me though.

Derek carr is an average quarterback. On a good team he can get the job done but saints are in cap issues and a complete rebuild is about to go down. They need to go get someone proven as a head coach like Jon gruden and hire Louis reddick as Gm.

Joe Brady SHOULD be the saints next HC...if we want to go back to winning that is. You can laugh all you want but I swear THE LORD spoke it to my spirit. I had forgotten the man existed until now to be quite honest. Feels like 2019 was decades ago at this point lol. I think if we get Brady as HC who our QB is next season will matter a WHOLE heck of a lot less. We could roll with DC and continue to develop Spencer Rattler and stop the cap bleeding, while still returning to winning football without looking like the New York Giants bext year. Anyway had to get this out there. ❤️⚜️
