Dr Malik is the best. Her clear presentations provide far more information than most of us ever hear from our own doctors. Great channel for sure! As for current non-availability of this product, it's funny how the medical industry works in America --- or shall we say doesn't work. Their top priority is not how to help people, but how to make billions through maintaining their price structure for existing products at ridiculously and prohibitively high prices. I suspect it baffles them how to charge an absolute fortune for a generic over the counter product, so for now we get nothing.

You're right. In this case, the product is a gel formulation containing nitroglycerin as the active ingredient. Nitroglycerin is cheaper than dirt to make and has been used for ages to treat angina and other heart conditions. I'm hoping she will have more to say about this. This product really should be cheap.

Hello! First time I've seen your channel. First, thanks for what you do in helping men. I was searching KZbin for information on a surgery I just had and would like you to weigh in if you can/want to. I was throwing very heavy totes full of books (I know... I'm an idiot). Which lead to a hernia (inguinal) left side. I met with a urologist/surgeon and they recommended I get it "repaired". Great. The doctor is in her 60s and said she had performed this surgery more times than she can remember and has been practicing for over 30 years. She said SHE would be doing the surgery and it would be a "Laparoscopic" procedure. She gave me all the paperwork to read about the procedure. She said it's a minor surgery that is done all the time. I asked if any SERIOUS problems could occur. She said anything serious is very rare but can happen. She also said in the 30-plus years she's been doing it she's never heard of anyone dying or having serious problems. Ok... great. So I went in for surgery and they put me out. When I wake up they are wheeling me back into the recovery room and everything seems fine. In the weeks that followed I started having questions about what really was done and was not sure what to do at this point. I'm disappointed and a bit angry. I had serious pain for the first two weeks after surgery. After that, the pain went mostly away but was replaced by this feeling like someone was pulling my left testicle down with force. I had a scheduled follow-up appointment but went in TWICE before this scheduled date (which is coming up shortly) due to this new "tugging" feeling I was getting every time I moved, even small basic movements. The incision is FOUR INCHES long and has healed well so far. I spoke to two different "resident" surgeons who were in their 20s on both of these visits and were "present" for the surgery. They said that everything was normal and I just needed to heal. Ok, great. Now I'm finding out that laparoscopic inguinal surgery doesn't leave a four-inch incision.... I'm reading that "open surgery" leaves a scare like that.... I also found out that they cut in half some inguinal something something NERVE which the surgeon never mentioned. I would say that an oval shape about eight inches long centered around the incision is now NUMB... no feeling. Also, which is my biggest problem is that the left side of my scrotum up to and on the lower left side of my penis (shaft) is like half numb. If I touch this area it feels like SAND PAPER is rubbing on my scrotum and base of the shaft. As I can't have normal vigorous intercourse due to the healing process and the time I should wait (six to eight weeks), my wife has been giving me a hand, so to speak. This is how I landed here at your video, for sexual disfunction. I'm having a VERY difficult time finishing because it doesn't feel "good" like it normally does and instead feels like I'm being attacked with sandpaper... ugggg. From what I'm reading online it "seems" like this numbness in the area and the pins and needles feeling on the left side of my genitals will be permanent... uggggg. I'm starting to think that the two resident surgeons that I spoke to actually "PRACTICED" open surgery while the long-time urologist/surgeon supervised. If that is what happened, it was never mentioned. Again, she said SHE was going to do the surgery. I'm not sure what I can do at this point, but the bottom line is that it's not good so far. I had the surgery on December 1, 2023. It's now January 4, 2024, and the "tugging" has almost gone away as has the pain. What remains currently is a "tightness" feeling around the incision under the skin and the problem with my genitals. Any advice, suggestions, etc. would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for reading.

Sounds good. I use just a little sildenafil just to reliably keep things up, especially if there are a lot of distractive thoughts going on. Quite often suffer uncomfortable reflux though, which I don't like at all. This sounds promising..

Watched this video a couple of times and we decided to give it a try. The stuff is expensive and we had to wait about 3+ weeks for the Eroxon to arrive. Tried a tube per the instructions and nothing happened. Next time we tried it, we used 2 tubes, still nothing happened. The last and final time, we used 3 tubes, nope, not a thing happened.

UK here, available on Amazon. Have used it around 15 times and I get very good results. I've only had one occasion it didn't seem to work, the rest of the time it worked within 10mins to a good standard, if that makes sense. Very happy I've found this and it works because the usual side affects with the blue pill I no longer get. I have zero side affects with Eroxon.

Read the reviews online, it must have been the group that weren't successful. In one case it sounded like he'd rubbed "bengay" on his member, complaining about burning. They used to give a topical cream compounded with vasodilators in it for ED, but I never tried those. I seem to recall it required a local compounding pharmacy to mix it up for patients. Ingredients might have been nifedipine cream and nitroglycerine gel, possibly with an additional vasodilator.

This is very interesting and good to know, in case I got a partner who struggles with this. Very Poor Reviews here in the UK for Eroxon and I also wasted money on this product --No erection effect at all !
