deciding whether i should get the 4rr or the 6r for my first bike. lowkey leaning towrads the 6r and just putting it in low power mode till i get used to it all.

since you're already looking at 4 cylinders I'd recommend to get the 4rr, plenty of power even for the highway without being too much of an hazard for a first bike, the more you get used to it the more you can upgrade it, with a full exhaust (decat), air filter, velocity stacks and tune, you won't be racing any r1s but it's still plenty fast to go around and get speeding tickets

The 4rr is going to be physically easier to ride. Learning on a very committed sports bike is just going to be more frustrating, less so because of the power and more just learning how to move and get it to handle the way you want.

If you had ever ride more then 40 hp then definitely zx-4rr is gonna be better for you. Cause it's almost comes with 80hp.. So enough power to handle it and ya you can even have a fun too with the full system exhaust 😅
