Nika and Catastrophe work i would think. Normally Catastrophe just allows you to do 100% damage in sun/rain instead of 50%. Nika makes it so you never drop below 100%. Comboing with Catastrophe would mean you're doing 150% in sun/rain, at least in my head that's how it'd work.
