Pretty cool, I run a 50t spur, 25t pinion 32p hot racing paired with 2100kv motor on 4s. My 2wd slash is a blast super fast tons of power and with cooling fans everything stays cool. Also had to go with the 272r transmission, a must.

@@RCKnockout I mean the wheels. Foam wheels. Gone Bananas are the popular brand for speed runs. They won’t balloon and ruin the control. Restricting the suspension will help with the setup and stop the front lifting. I don’t want to spoil the adventure for you. You’re definitely on the right track and so very close. The batteries themselves could be another thing to look at. The discharge rate in particular. Gearing too. You’ll nail it. I’d just hate to see you give up and abandon it when you’re so close.

Cant you buy the rotor/shaft for that broken motor for around $40? you should fix that for a backup :) This slash is gonna fly.

Quick question on the diff cover. I'm upgrading the pinion and spur set to the one you installed a while back and read that the cover no longer fits with those new gears. I have the first gen Slash, and you have the newer model. What do you think?
