nicki hammond I’ve worked cosmetics for awhile so lemme say no one actually cares if you aren’t wearing make up. This isn’t like the movie pretty women moment where you come in all done up and suddenly people wanna help you. These workers are usually young and part time sometimes students and giving the absolute best customer service may be their job but I guarantee you it’s not their priority. There have been plenty of times I’ve been doing a task and a customer interrupts and I don’t really want to help them or I’ve been in the middle of a conversation and not going out of my way to see you need help when you can come up to me yourself 🤷🏼‍♀️

Helping everyone, including your quieter customers, IS part of good customer service. As for me not wearing a lot of makeup, I meantion that because you can see makeup, and if someone if decked out, a sales rep may see that as more of an opportunity. I agree with the IGK walnut scrub! It dries your hair out, it's very hard to get out and it's next level scrub! Even lightly scrubbing it's too abrasive, like rubbing rocks in your scalp 😂😢
