i dont have ruan mei (yet, wish her rerun), and im targeting fugue, can she replace her? currently im running rappa, hmc, gallagher, himeko, still not sure who to put in second node since my herta build isn't complete yet, last time i used kafka bs dot, now they are not viable anymore.

use fugue and himeko becomes hyper in node 2

i think e1 fugue + hmc does more damage than e0 ruan mei + fugue or hmc
