This would such an insane twist and retcon of the mcu that I would be amazing and so high concept that it might confuse people. I personally like it. IF YOU THINK ABOUT IT. Doom dreamwalking does explain some moments in the mcu and also keeps continuity in tact Example 1 - Tony stark ‘figuring out’ time travel so fast. I know we all chalked it up to them needing it to happen like that for the plot but it can be retconned to have victors hand in Tony figuring it out so rapidly. Example 2 - there was that Easter egg in endgame showing that the time travel machine was used to go WAY into the future. Back then it led to people theorizing that Tony used it to see what would happen in the future. He even tells someone in the film (I forget who) ‘you mess with time, it has a way of messing back with you. You’ll see’. There were many leakers theorizing that Tony knew what the future would hold. Maybe victor was there dreamwalking in that moment? Idk Now, WHY would victor do this? Why would he help out a variant of his? Victor would normally be appalled that he became iron man. Well, if the tva had the sacred timeline under lockdown, and he knew that in order for him to gain total power, then the avengers needed to win so that A) Wanda could come back from the snap, learn to dreamwalk via darkhold and cause incursions B)strange can do the same leading to him meeting clea and going into the multiverse to fix them (and theoretically, meet doom/rabum) C) Loki escapes leading him to silvie, killing HWR and opening all the branches Remember, the sacred timeline might be one branch protected by the council of kangs. We are assuming doom, F4 are outside the sacred timeline. It’s very times wimey but they could’ve been outside the mcu 616 sacred BEFORE HWR was killed and all the sacred timeline branches were freed. It’s a lot lol

I honestly thought this was going to be the same old video about RDJ Doctor Doom, but this video honestly blew my mind. If this is true, this is one of the most mind blowing concepts Marvel has tried in a long time. This honestly does get me excited for the Fantastic Four movie, and I wish I wasn't spoiled such a big plot twist because it has the potential to be one of the biggest plot twists in history after Darth Vader's "No, I am your father" line, but oh well, this was really cool. While I really do not like Tony Stark being a Doctor Doom variant because I feel like that changes and sort of retcons everything about the Tony Stark we knew, Doctor Doom being in Iron Man 1 brings two sagas full circle, which is really cool and beautiful poetry that I love. I cannot wait to see what Marvel will do, and I absolutely cannot wait to see what Marvel does with explaining RDJ Doctor Doom's backstory in Doomsday.

I think more than any sort of set up for future phases and other Multiverse Stories, I'm most hopeful and intrigued on what emotional conclusions Secret Wars will be able to have. Endgame is a great film, but what makes it so great is the emotional payoff for events throughout this story and the conclusions on Tony and Steve's character arcs. The crazy portal sequence doesn't have the emotional stakes without giving Steve and Peggy getting their final dance as the reward. What is that final dance going to be for Secret Wars?
