I just saved this to my Watch Later list. 😊 I suspect the excitement about using Morgen rather than Zotero is in part due to "new list syndrome", which I've felt many times before. The honeymoon period where everything in my system feels fresh and relevant, which inspires me to take it more seriously. True, there is also the very practical aspect of scheduling a time to read something, resulting in actually reading. But you may be losing some of the benefit of working from a queue that can be reprioritized and filtered/skipped. I like adding things to "later" lists and then only allowing myself to read things directly from the list. This causes me to see things I thought were "important" side by side, and as a result I find it easier to deprioritize some of them than I'd otherwise be able to do in isolation. For scheduled reading, my tendency would be to have dedicated time slots to pull the most relevant article(s) from the appropriate queue(s), which I would select as close to the reading time as possible to allow for better prioritization. Readwise Reader has the ability to create saved queries based on estimated reading time, tags, etc., which may help with filling these calendar sessions with items of the right length and focus.

Pretty rich video! This is a pretty good way to make sure I actually read things that are on my "Read Later" Notion page.
