The only thing that will trigger this is rising interest rates .... rates increase, values drop, and new homeowners consider selling to prevent going underwater

We are at a record low in terms of supply of homes AND record high cost of building new homes. There is a record $20 TRILLION in equity for folks that are upsizing. There are over 2 million mortgages that are now over 90-days past due... when the moratorium on mortgage defaults is done, ~1 million additional homes will be on the market in 2022-2023.

Talking about guidance, I've made over $125,000 these past 4 months, trading stocks with the help of Helen Howard pratea , a broker I came across at a conference. I had to look her up online and get a bit of information about her before reaching out to her. She's been really awesome since then.

So we currently need 2.7 million more homes in inventory to get to balanced market i.e. 6 months of inventory. Black Knight had 2020 ending with approximately 2.8 million homes in forbearance. Must just be a coincidence.

Yeah i dont care if the market goes up 100 grand( on the median). Ill take mychances. Still sitting in cash, still waiting. In a housing crash/crisis people will take anything 100k cash becomes worth 3x more. People are getting sucked into massive debt loads. Interest rates mean nothing if prices are 40% too high When you sell the selling price is the selling price

Unless the expected inflation occurs. Your buying power will decrease significantly with cash. Any real estate investor literally explains how debt is your friend.

Cash is trash....with all the printing the price of hard assets will continue to go up....I know people who have been waiting for a crash since 2017 & now they're priced out 🤣 Now there has to be a crash for them to own in their area 🙃 And they can't move because of their business They are spending MORE in rent now than if they had purchased in 2017....They are feeling very smart

Settling up an investment that would benefit you is something one would be aiming towards. I wasn’t really a fan of online business because I have actually been doubting this all my life because I have been taken before by several scammers. But after my encounter with AUSTIN my prospective of online trade changes and I I’m now a millionaire from bitcoin.
So no crash anytime soon. At best maybe a market correction.
