Catoctin Mountain Park appears to be north of the Brunswick B&O Railroad Line end at Frostburg as line is cut north of Frederick towards Gettysburg. As we are driving up U.S. 15 from Frostburg MD and turn left on MD 550 that whole area towards Catoctin and Western Maryland Railroad. Railways Pen Mar Park including the Appalachian Trial is filled with railroad, Civil War, and more history from PA south to Hapers Fetty VA now WV and beyond.

There's a square Stone pillar I believe part of the house this is a fireplace just south on the Potomac River the Monocacy River aqueduct the structure is closer towards the river pretty neat I've taken pictures of the stone structures also up a little ways on the Monocacy River there's other when were Buckeystown Pike crosses the Monocacy the structures in the woods even a small Bridge like structure these are on the left side there is a path on this side unusual rocks the coolest you should go check out go into Frederick there's an RV dealer along that road is an old stretch of highway go back towards the river immediate immediately you'll see a commuter lot go to the end of the commuter lot Park if you have a skateboard write it down to the bottom of the hill to the bridge one Bridges new inactive not that one the road that you're coming up on the bridge is closed it's a dangerous bridge the structure underneath is pretty cool the one you need to look at is the dirt Mound that just goes out to the edge of the river a third dirt road so go down to the river look into the structure that looks like a dirt Mound you'll think you're looking inside a church the stones are stacked no mortar and their capstones at the top there are two of these use shape structures making up what's left of this bridge right in front of it it's worth bringing a camera it looks like something King Charles would have commissioned I came from Virginia so this is something I discovered that was pretty interesting also I heard about the owner of the Springfield Hospital originally it was a plantation plantations owner was also the owner of the B&O Railroad and he had over 2000 slaves I believe he used his slaves to build that Railroad I could be wrong but who built the tunnel under Mount Airy
