Looking at it, I see what is likely a Canbus connection to the print head, runout sensor, bigger parts cooling fan, maybe a larger heatbreak fan, bearings at the top of the Z screws, wheel glides on the X beam rather than sleeve bearings, Linear bearings for the Y (On the sides of the center rail), maybe a better screen. They also did away with the belts on the X axis @0:08

I'm not sure I like the change in the X bearings or the bearings at the top of the Z screws. Most of the rest of the noted changes I have already done.
