I am someone who has truly had my health turn around by going healthy vegan and gluten free. I have been a junk vegetarian since I was 8 yrs old. I developed Hashimoto's and Graves thyroid disease in my teens and lupus. I became a healthy vegan and gluten free in my mid 50s. After eating this way for several yrs I was able to go off Synthroid and tapazole and begin to truly heal. Now at 64 for the first time since my teens I am pain free, rarely have stomach issues, have energy and am getting better every day.

Thank you to both AJ and Dr. G. AJ got me to focus more on veggies especially vegetables for/with breakfast. I already followed a plant based hybrid of Dr. Esselstyn and Dr. McDougall. When I developed an autoimmune, I followed GBAI on my own. It worked. Now, I combine GBAI green/flax hyper-nourishing smoothie and salads with my AJ high veg, Dr. E, and Dr. M way of eating. I feel and look great. Thank you.

Hi Chef AJ, When is your podcast on now? It used to be daily, but I understand that this has since changed. Thank you. Your show is great!

Gosh incredible the results with Type 1 - sadly I don't think this is common though because I know of lots of people eating WFPBNO who live with Type 1 for years.

I am seeing a rheumatologist trying to determine what’s happening with me.(primary md and myself feel it’s lupus) but I’m trying to do as much research myself. I’ve been eating what I thought was a “clean”diet the last year, but I’m learning so much of my health depends on how healthy my micro biome is rather than just what I’m eating. My vit d is very low and I’m hearing about how the gut health is important for vit d… what do I need to say to my dr to have them look at “alternative “ treatments rather than just a medication as a first response? I live in a rural area of south central Ky and everyone thinks I’m insane because I am questioning my dr about options and not just doing what I’m told. I wish I lived closer. I can do the food plan over drugs any day!

Greed is a powerful motivator. Healthy eating will never work for US medicine.

If it is true that your raw plant-based diet is curative, why are there no videos of patients who have been cured?
