I’ve been heavy into meat, vegan, vegetarian, and ultimately landed on “flexitarian” aka balanced. I feel better and I’m the healthiest I’ve ever been. Love how deep you went into the research

Interesting. Will read the study. Curious that they didn't include the microbiome as well--gut-brain connection. A balanced, whole-food diet (personalized diet)-- would seem to have the best overall benefits on many biomarkers- inflammation, microbiome, metabolic, hormones, etc. All of which can affect cognition and mood.
