"Oh wait! I work from home."🤣Bagel in mouth is a nice touch. I do love oatmeal but now I try to eat it less and focus more on my eggs, avocado and tomato plate. But you can't eat eggs every day! So I often wonder, WTF else can I eat? Israel and I have switched to tea and I've enjoyed it although I do find myself craving coffee on days when I have a lot going on. I've noticed that when I drink it with coconut milk (from a can, not that 2% coco milk) The fat content helps to break the jitters. When is the best time to eat fruit then? In the afternoon? As a snack? I usually make oatmeal when I have fruit that I need to eat but now I see that's not the best way to do it.

Breakfast is hard...it always seems like there is not enough options for everything someone is trying to account for. Ideas to come! And yes, the way I make coffee makes a big difference - I like some collagen and fat in mine. There is nothing wrong with having some fruit in the morning, but ideally it would be with some protein of some kind instead of alone or with more carbs. So the time of day doesn't matter so much - afternoon/ snack, etc. as to having it with protein and/or fat. Whether as a snack or of part of a meal. Carbs don't like to be alone - they are extroverts who like to hang with their protein an fat friends!

Great video! I like just a piece of good wheat toast or gluten free waffle in the AM with my coffee. So would some almond butter be good to add?

Yes - almond butter would provide some fat.

I’m allergic to wheat, corn, eggs and dairy. My breakfast sucks. I miss junk food sometimes. 😂

What are you eating for breakfast now? I have a video coming up on some breakfast ideas so that may be helpful :)

@@jesszadra black coffee. Sometimes fruit or scrambled potatoes. I don’t typically eat breakfast since I got sick. I’ve lost 240+ lbs since I woke up like this. My water allergy is the hardest thing to survive.

@@maddonut621 If you're speaking of AU- then yes, very difficult. I think the upcoming video will provide some interesting / alternative breakfast options :)

@@jesszadra what is AU? I don’t know what happened or why I’m like this. My drs gave up on me and my insurance company stopped my appointments with the good hospital because “I wasn’t sick enough”. I’ve torn the lining from the muscle in my stomach from being sick for so long.

@@maddonut621 aquagenic urticaria (AU) was what I thought you were referring to - it's the name for a water allergy.
