New Rock update after 7 years | are they worth it?

I used to have 2 pairs of New Rock boots. But not in that type of style. Mine were more clumpsy with flames. And I used them for riding Harley Davidson motorcycles. The boots themselfes was ok, but the zippers... They were crappy! Had them for repair many times. Thanks for an honest review Orphea. Stay safe gorgeous 🦇🖤🖤🖤🖤🦇

I think as long as you take care of your items they can last a long time. Also I will agree with you if you're going to buy get the New Rocks in the genuine leather.

Yesssss 💯💯💯💯 I've had my first pair since 11th grade. So, 21 years. Daily, concerts, Hollywood shinanangans, clubs etc. Has scuffs, the top emblems came off but eh. My other 2 pairs are strong and will last probably forever. Breaking them in was easy. I always brag to get new rocks, never demonia

While I love New Rock boots and think they are amazing quality (and super comfy), I do feel like I should warn people that their sandals are terrible. Mine came undone from the sole after about 2 hours of wear (just walking in the city centre). Customer service were amazing and replaced them, but the new pair started coming undone in the exact same place after 2 or 3 wears. Meanwhile I have some boots that are 10+ years old and still going strong.

I started using old Pringles cans inside my boots after you mentioned it in an old video, and its such a great idea to protect the ankle area!

Ah very cool boots. They're holding up nicely. I'm the same: Mostly I wear work boots. If not I wear sneakers. No sandals or crooks or slip-on's. Also regularly deep cleanings with Leather Balm product is also a good idea. Only thing is I'm here in North America and I don't know if its a cultural thing or a manufacturing thing, but for whatever reason our boots tend to come with very shitty laces.🤔 So most of the time once I buy new boots I almost immediately on Amazon have to buy higher quality laces compared to what the boots come with straight from the factory. Alas it is just a strange thing I've noticed as an American. Again, very good alternative/goth boots.🦇🖤🐈‍⬛🎃

Had a pair of reactors since 2012,worn nearly daily,absolutely trashed,sole snapped with knealing and bending so glued it with Tiger Seal,still wearing them even though I've just bought a new pair 2 days ago😂

I don’t have any at this time, but have been considering it for over a year. I have heard recently, that their quality has gone down quite a bit over the last few years. So I’m still not sure if I will purchase a pair. Thank you for the great information sweetie 💜🦇

I would wait. I only wore mine for less than a week and the soles started coming off and one zipper fell off already

got 2 pairs... had 5 in total... comfy, hard wearing... but the new ones? just flat out suck, the Neptune is almost impossible to find these days

I see a lot of 'older' styles still available on the new rock website themselves, but not all of them are on reseller sites like Attitude Holland etc. Maybe the newer models arent as good? ☹

I had to send mine in 2 times within 1 year. One time the sole came off the other time the sole started getting cracks. The 2nd time they sent me my shoes back they cut through the laces so I had to contact them again and wait another 2 weeks for replacement laces. This is my epxerience with them

The wear and tear on only one side is most likely to your feet, legs or hip not being perfectly aligned. Because it can have multiple and/or different causes most people have some form of uneven wear and tear on their shoes.

My shoes have the same wear and tear except for the inside on the right shoe, but thats because I forced my feet out bad after a day of wear I think.

I’m excited to get mine eventually as i ordered four pairs and I have what is needed to take care of them. The only annoying thing is I ordered them almost four months ago and I haven’t gotten any updates yet. All it says is “backorder” anyone else have this issue? As now I feel like I may never receive mine.

I bought a pair in February. Kept them in the box till June. Wore them for less than a week and both soles started coming off and the zipper on the left boot fell off. Now I'm waiting to hear from their support

I have a pair of Demonia from a couple years ago that are holding up well, but it's probably because i only wear them occasionally. I've been looking into New Rock shoes for a while, but people say their newer shoes are lower quality? If that's true, that would be sad, since i was really interested in buying the tank shoes.

New rocks arent the same anymore. My pair I bought in 2007 are my absolute favorite pair of boots I have ever and still own. However the company was sold and now they are manufactured differently. They do not hold up anymore.

I read so many comments on the internet about their decreasing quality. Is it still possible to buy New Rocks that last a long time? Maybe a specific model ? My friend bought some recently and they fell apart after 6 months.

I've been seeing this more and more often, my personal new rocks are 7 years old (the 'newest' about 5 years) so I'm not sure whats up there...
