I’m looking to replace my 15 year old hein gericke jacket and trousers. I really like the jacket with the AAA & level 2 armour combination but I don’t like the race hump.

Hi 1fromthetree. The suit and the leather jacket have the hum and are AAA rated. The textile jacket doesn't haver the hump but it is only AA rated, most likely because it offers less abrasion protection. They do have racing humps but they aren't as big as big as I've seen on some other brands of leathers, so they still might be worth looking at. Alternatively you could look at the RST S1 range, which don't have the racing humps on them. Thank you for watching our video and being the first person to leave us a comment 👍

@@mymoto-uk ok thanks, are there any AAA rated textile/softshell style jackets ?
@lukebird51936 ай бұрын
@@1FromTheTreeyou’d be better off with the RST Sabre, triple A rated and leather, but very comfortable and more relaxed fit with no race humps, they have just discontinued it but it’s available in most sizes and discounted! Check it out

Hi I’m unsure whether to buy the tractech eco 5 leather jacket or the s1 ce leather jacket. Could you give me any advice on the advantages of either one? Many thanks

Is it tech air compatible ? I have klim Ai-1 airbag system , can I use it with t this suit ?
@mymoto-uk5 ай бұрын
Hi Enzibar. The TracTech leathers aren't made with airbag technology in mind. You will notice that they don't have the four way motion stretch panel over the top of the shoulders that the Pro Series and V4.1 have. That stretch panel allows the suit to expand when the airbag deploys, to prevent the force of it being directly exerted onto the user. It is possible to wear airbag protection underneath a none airbag garment if you get one that is over sized or already has the ability to expand, like the new RST Ranger jacket does. I hope this has helped? Thank you for watching my video and thanks for leaving ma a comment. 👍

What size to go for pls, i’m 5’10”, 34” waist 82 kgs
@mymoto-uk4 ай бұрын
Hi Wrath. I am 5'11" with a 32 waist. I fit size 42 in the tractech leathers but they fit well round my core. It might be that you are a 44 in the tractech or alternatively, if you got the Pro Series suit, you would be a 42 because it has a little bit more room around the mid. I hope this has helped and thank you for watching our video. 👍

@@mymoto-uk Appreciate your reply. Alternatively i prefer the furygan fullride suit which looks much better and has Lvl2 D30 armor as well. What do you think is better in comparison to these 2. Cheers!

Hi @@wrathofdiablo. If your primary focus is protection then I would recommend getting an airbag suit like the RST Pro Series. Dainese have recently said that their airbag is the equivalent to eight of their back protectors, which just shows how much extra protection they offer.

Any 1 know what is the difference between the RST TracTech EVO 4 leather jacket and the new EVO 5?
@mymoto-uk3 ай бұрын
Hi Wizzard46. The main improvements have been made to the motion panels, to improve flexibility and the neck line to increase user comfort. Thank you for watching our video and for leaving us a comment. 👍
