Six tips- 1) Create 3 smart program goals (specific, measureable, achievable, relevant and timely) - I love how you wrote the goal and the example of the annual agreement. 2) Data driven programs (attendance, discipline, referrals, retention, etc) - Boundaries and conflict resolution It is important to know how to use data in your program. 3 ) Plan your program- year at a glance program- use LSSSCA Awareness calendar 4) Meet with your administrators and share your plans with them. Keep your school admin in the 'loop"- Take a visual aid. 5) Observe, learn and then implement and 6) Reveiw systems, procedures and routines. I enjoyed today's video. On your next video, please talk to us about doing added demands of the the State Legislature, such as placing the 10 Commandments in the classroom, or teaching the BIBLE with our lessons.
