This is just the start. The progress made with just 4x30-45 minute sessions a week is solid. Let me know your feedback and what you’d like to see in the future

This was just incredible, you definitely showcase the progress that is possible with this training. The fact these were just 30-45 minutes sessions shows how effective the exercises are, I’m gonna give this a shot!

You should give Molly some credit as she has stayed very focussed on the single goal of fetching stones, sticks and shells

Hi Tom-as someone who's also trying to build back up to a certain level of strength and flexibility, it's really motivating to see these updates! [and a good reminder to work on shoulder rotators] Two quick notes (you asked for feedback, I wouldn't write anything otherwise!) In terms of tracking front splits progress, I have found it that it's really important to always record from the exact same angle (ideally perpendicular to the split) This allows you to best compare your form (how squared are your hips, how tilted is your pelvis etc) and angles. For your pancake, you seem to have quite a bit of internal rotation at your hips, especially in the 'after' shot. Again, not ideal for keeping track of progress-for some people the rotation can sometimes get them a bit closer to the ground than they'd get without it. Best of luck with the next 12 weeks!

Thank you Tom! Those are some great results, well done :) I love your videos; they've helped me stay on track on my fitness journey and your videos are very zen and relaxed which I like. In a future video, I would like to hear your views on general fatigue and loss of motivation during training and how you've dealt with that. Cheers, keep it up!

This has been a great series, really seen improvements myself following a slightly modified version of your workouts. Next, I'm not sure what my focus will be. You mentioned strengthening weak points, and I tend to have a lot of upper/lower back pain, so I'm thinking of focusing on strengthening my back to see if it helps.

always a fan of your content mate. The way you compare your previuos trainings with your present one's gives me a clear idea on how to measure progress. Do you have any particular strategy to organize your videos? I know this might sound stupid, but it's something we rarely talk about. Some idea of how you make it might help! Thanks again for the video Tom, keep it up! Peace!

Thanks for the video Tom. I have an extremely rare neurological disease that causes severe spasticity. Stretching is key for disease management and I find your progress videos really motivating. I may never achieve a pancake but it’s fun to try. Shoot for the stars and if I fall short I will still make the moon.

This just shows how stupid was my goal to try middle split in 30 days in my 35th year after a decade of barely doing any stretching. No wonder I injured myself.

NIce video. But no active abdominal development increases? I say that as a 22 year old that did gymnastics for 14 years and abdominal development is key (and fun).
