I have Beta, but I also have Photoshop 20-twenty something. I try to stay updated. But I never know which Photoshop will launch when I try to open via Lightroom Classic. How do we keep track of all the different versions? I try to update when it asks me to, but then it tells me I have a version of Photoshop open, and it won't update. I've tried updating via Creative Cloud with all applications closed. But it never updates. I'm lost. Can anyone help?

@ I’ve been using Adobe creative suite products professionally for 20 years. I am frustrated by their policies pushing into AI and also taking the work of their customers and using it to train AI without consent. These policies are destroying the careers of professionals like myself who have been using them to make a living so that they can dumb down apps for people who can’t draw, design, or even select individual body parts from a bitmap. The head brush designer for Photoshop and Fresco recently stepped down because of these policies. The end game for Adobe is making software for people to casually play designer or illustrator on their phones that they will pay $2.99 per month for, and in exchange we will have no more professional artists. So, yeah I’m looking around at other programs but I’m not happy with it because I was completely satisfied with their products and practices until a couple of years ago.
