New shooters unbiased opinion: Pistol or Rifle? #3

In the "New shooters unbiased opinion" videos, we take a new, or very inexperienced person out to the range to get their opinion on what they like, and didnt like about shooting. In this video, we have a new shooter pick what type of firearm they enjoyed shooting more: A Glock G17, or an AR-15. The choice was pretty obvious from the start!

great show, i think she will be a great rifle shooter, only issue is why would you inflict a Glock on a new shooter, has mediocre sights at best, and a bad trigger (not the worst, but not good). i see her with an AR-pistol in the Futcher, and a different pistol. she didn't look happy with that Glock.

She really like comfortable with the AR. A new women shorter will out shoot a new man shooter every time... They follow instructions much better and repeat the steps without additional instruction. Is she still shooting? 2👍s⬆️

Bryan DuChane you are absolutely right! In my experience when it comes to new shooters, most women pick up on shooting faster then most men.

Any particular reason for shooting from a rest? Seems to me anyhow shooting the rifle unsupported would be a better comparison

Larry Ballard you are absolutely correct. If you watch our earlier new shooter videos, they did both. For this range session, she was comfortable shooting from a rest and didn’t have any interest in shooting standing
