The toner is so nice!! It’s VERY viscous - feels super thick to the touch. Not one for DIY sheet masks, but great for deep hydration. I think it’s going to last a while too ☺️

Maybe if u tried placing the serum in ur hands and rubbing them together before applying the beads would break? I hope they’re not too too stubborn, I want to try that serum lol! Excited that ur going to try the anua pdrn serum and can’t wait to hear ur thoughts about it. They just released their 3 ceramide + 5% panthenol cream and OMG it’s next level. Disappointing about the Abib product because that was one of the ones that caught my attention. Alice, I want to thank you for all the fantastic information, humor, expertise, etc., that you have shared with us. I'm always happy to see one of your videos pop up and I appreciate you and all your help in navigating the K beauty landscape. By the way, I never did get my style order that I placed on November 26th. 😩 but I need to have a back up plan so I now know that I just can't count on K beauty before Christmas. Hi Alice, I'm definitely going to try the Parnell cushion, the other day I thought that the Haru Haru Wonder essence had irritated my skin, but it seems that it was something else because I've been using it and I'm absolutely in love with that essence and my skin adores it, it's a delight and I can use it without problems. I almost bought the coco kind eye set at Ulta too. I'm intrigued because I thought of Deux and I still haven't got them yet. Also that Abib serum looks beautiful. I saw some Abib at Marshalls tonight the heartless toner and a few other of their items skin 1004 like the whole line lol I finally got the ampoule. I should have bought the cleansing oil but they had so much Korean skincare PKY ,Etude , Dr Jart, Cosrx, even that medipeel brand, round Lab, of course I wanted to buy alot but we weren't there for me but I got the Oningredient sheet masks they have a moisturizer that is pretty popular I want to try so I got them and the Mary and May Glutathione eye cream in a set with the full size and 2 free minis for 7.99 I thought that was a crazy good price for as much as u get and I wanted to try it O I got the skinfix hand cream for 5.99 as well😂 looks like I just shopped for me but I didn't. Dear Alice, have you noticed that K-beauty brands have started catering more towards dry skin types recently? Dear Klairs came out with their Maple line, Skin1004 released their Probio-Cica line, Isntree with their Yam line etc. It seems that people with drier skin types finally have more options to choose from! I would love to hear your thoughts on these and whether they truly deliver what dry skin needs.

So funny, I'm trying Dermalogica for the first time now - the brand had just never appealed to me before. I tried a sample of their Stabilizing Repair Cream and was like WHAT. So gorgeous, great ingredients, fragrance free. So I'm trying a full bottle now (Ulta 3x points) and as barrier repair creams go, this is an interesting one. My normally cranky winter skin is calm and happy using it, but it does smell a little bit like a baggie of fermented cigarette butts kinda? But wait, don't go yet! It actually goes away pretty fast. I'm fascinated, enchanted & weirded out by this cream. Have you tried it? Hope you have a lovely holiday! 🎄

Mmhmm this has been my experience: I feel like there’s a lot from the brand that I can personally skip over, but a few products have absolutely felt like they were made for me. Dangerous territory with those price points 🥲 I have good news if you do want to stick with it! Ulta really does do some good deals with the brand (10 if nothing else, but they do run deals on individual products as well 😊)

I've seen a couple articles on the new DE moisturizer including one where the founder said it was inspired by her husband and how she'd suggested combining two of the DE moisturizers for a shaving cream. Of course I had to go on incidecoder for ascorbic acid polypeptide. I've seen at least one creator say that some essential oils are antioxidants so they aren't bad outright. Good to see the Parnell cushion come in the different undertones. Hope you all have a great holiday.

Essential oils have some benefits for sure. Unfortunately I’ve also seen some folks call them solutions for everything (often while selling some kind of MLM products 😔). The truth around them is more…underwhelming? They have potential; they can be allergenic - a bit of a spectrum really! Thank you, happy holidays to you too ☺️

The Abib serum sounds really nice, I have just used Abib sheet masks, toner, face mist sunscreen stick the sleeping masks, and also their hydration cream but not used anything else. I loved their products overall, one of my favourite K-Beauty brands. I want to try the parnell and unleashia cushions but how do you know what shade to get? I am medium and usually K beauty brands don't do my shade and hence never been able to use cushions until now. I did not like the Tir Tir but I was a 25N in that

It’s so hard to get the right shade tbh. I hope unleashia and Parnell follow in tirtir’s footsteps and release the samples of all their shades (for $1ish? Something like that). If not, you really are guessing. It helps to know your undertone (k-beauty sometimes calls warm Yellow and cool Pink)
